Established 22 years ago by directors Liam Kelly and Clement Devaney, the company initially entered the construction market as carpentry specialists. Over time, K&D have upskilled and matured into a proven construction project management company, who have successfully delivered hundreds of projects, ranging in size from hanging a door, home renovations, new Builds, upgrades and extensions to delivering multi-unit residential developments from green field site to turnkey solution, a multimillion euro project.

K&D Developments are currently undertaking a number of projects in both Dublin and Sligo. A sample of the projects K&D are currently employed on are the construction of a new single storey dwelling for Sligo County Council, managing the substantial up-grade and extension of a two story dwelling in Mullaghmore, Sligo. The renovation of an exclusive apartment block in Rathgar, Dublin, Managing the development and renovation of nine houses in Swords Co. Dublin for a national charitable housing organisation.
K&D are also employed as facilities maintenance contractors for a private Nursing Home in Sligo, carrying out numerous small repairs and construction projects both on the grounds of the facility and within the nursing home itself. In addition, Liam, Clement and the team have recently completed renovation and conversion work carried out at a multinational pharmaceutical eGMP manufacturing facility in Sligo, for which K&D were the main contractors and project managers.
