Linear Office Contracting is a leading Irish fit-out company based in Ashbourne, Co. Meath. Specialising in construction management, office refurbishments / fit-outs, partitions and ceilings, glazed partitions, mechanical and electrical, carpet and vinyl flooring, joinery and furniture, and painting and decorating, the company has successfully completed hundreds of projects since its inception in 2010.

While Linear Office Contracting is still a young company, its management team has a combined experienced of over 30 years in the construction sector and has many notable achievements in this field. The company was established by Adrian Tamas, who is also managing director of IPS (Irish Partitions Systems). The two companies work closely together and continue to go from strength to strength. Linear’s main objective is to deliver quality work with the least snags possible on handover. To achieve the desired standard of work, the company uses its own highly-skilled employees for all the finishing works, making sure it delivers the highest quality level for every project.

“There is a strong focus on quality, which has led to us securing a lot of repeat business. We don’t cut any corners,” contracts manager Brendan Cullen points out.

“We have eight staff in the office and a further 20 on site who combine to provide a complete office fit-out solution. Their experience, expertise and attention to detail ensure our projects run smoothly from start to finish. If you are looking for a full office turnkey fit-out or refurbishment of your current facilities, we would be delighted to help you to create the work space in which your organisation can thrive. Furthermore, we will exceed your expectations.”

Because Linear employs a small team, you always deal with the same person who is designated to work on your project. The highest standards are maintained throughout all phases of the design, fit-out, project management and completion process. Costs are very competitive and affordable, while the quality of service provided is second to none.
