STS honoured at Sisk supply chain awards

At the 2018 Sisk Supply Chain Awards ceremony in the Clayton Hotel on the last Thursday of November, STS Group was announced as the Supply Chain Partner of the Year for Ireland South, West & North – an honour which underlines the group’s high level of service and commitment to all clients and projects.

Leaders in electrical engineering, instrumentation, design and commissioning services across Ireland, the UK and Europe, STS Group beat off strong competition to be named Supply Chain Partner of the Year for Ireland South, West & North at the 2018 Sisk Supply Chain Awards.

The event took place in the Clayton Hotel, Burlington Road, Dublin on the 29th of November and was attended by all of Sisk’s major suppliers and contractors from Ireland and the UK.

Ireland’s leading provider of construction services with extensive operations across this island, the United Kingdom and mainland Europe, John Sisk & Son spent a total of €1bn with its supply chain in 2018, with a total of 5,000 approved and active suppliers and subcontractors on its system. From such a large field, only the very best are going to be recognised in the annual Sisks Supply Chain Awards!

Commenting after the prestigious awards ceremony, which was back for a second year after debuting in 2017, Stephen Bowcott, CEO, John Sisk & Son, said: “The Sisk Supply Chain Awards for 2018 was a great success. In front of an attendance of approximately 500 of their peers, the STS Group team were very worthy and popular winners of the Partner of the Year for Ireland South, West & North award.
