Mercury safely completes 10.5m hours reportable injury free in 2021

Mercury completed 10.5 million hours worked recordable injury free in 2021.

This achievement is a testament to the dedication of all their employees and supply-chain partners who are living Mercury’s anchor value of safety.

Their safety efforts are global, with their teams carrying out works on 40+ projects across 12+ countries last year. 2021 saw Mercury maintain an Accident Frequency Rate (AFR) of 0.06 for the second successive year, well below the industry average.

Michael O’Connor, Group EHS Director said: “The outstanding project results achieved by Mercury’s teams across Ireland, the UK and Europe are something our people should be proud of.
