Specialist general Contactors McCabe McGinn and one of Ireland’s leading architectural design practices, Module Design have recently completed a stunning interior fit out for one of Dublin’s well-known retail stores.  

Established in 2012, McCabe McGinn (MCMG) specialise in Fit-Out for the Retail, Leisure and Commercial sector, offering a comprehensive service with the ability to deliver complex projects in a fast-paced environment. Company directors Kevin McCabe and Paul McGinn possess a combined experience of over 30 years in Fit-Out including may years of Luxury retail fit-out.  McCabe McGinn strive to deliver an innovative and hands-on approach to all their projects, providing a service based on quality, reliability and teamwork.

Specifying a design agency to complete the architectural design for this well-known retail store was an easy decision comments Paul McGinn director of McCabe McGinn “Having worked with Maurice and the team in Module on a number of previous projects he was my first choice to create a bespoke, creative and attractive beauty space within the retail store. Module, a multidisciplinary practice operates from their state-of-the-art office in Lucan Village, Dublin.

Maurice and wife Emma have grown and diversified Module to include a number of Architects and Architectural technologists. The practice provides a one stop shop for clients’ needs including architecture as its primary focus, interior fit out and project management. Having invested in state-of-the-art design technology this has set Module as a key player in the competitive architectural industry leading to working with contractors such as McCabe McGinn.

Module has grown its repertoire of clients to include Tang Café, Bunzl and Ornua to name but a few. The installation of the beauty counter in Arnott’s is one of the companies more recent projects and due to the very specific nature of the client’s requirements, along with the location of the project “it required a high level of creativity, precision and flexibility which Module seamlessly delivered” added Paul McGinn of McCabe McGinn.  

The architecture, interiors and project management firm burst onto the scene in 2016 and continuous to expand after being appointed onto a number of major projects across Ireland.
