“Our objective is to provide clients with a personal, professional and cost-effective service,” says managing director Martin Murphy.

“Our work is mostly in the retail, office and industrial sectors. We have been consultant engineers on numerous prestigious projects over the last five years and have forged excellent working relationships with our clients in that time.”

The practice provides a first class structural engineering service by placing an emphasis on cost-effective economical design and providing the end user with the flexibility and structural solution that is required. MMOS boasts a wealth of experience in providing structural engineering solutions to large-scale projects such as shopping centres, hospitals, schools and basement design.

A civil engineering design service from small-scale domestic drainage systems to civil engineering solutions to large-scale complex developments, including attenuation, drainage and road design, is also provided. MMOS offers civil and structural design in the industrial and process sectors, including biomass composting facilities; waste to energy incinerators; pharmaceutical industry; electricity power plants. The practice can also carry out the role of temporary works supervising and checking engineers for event stages, platforms and grandstands, working closely with clients in the overall coordination and supervision of events during the construction process. Its engineers have up to 10 years’ experience in the event construction sector, including liaising with the various local authorities and event management parties.
