This year, Construction Safety Week takes place from 23rd to 27th October.
ESB Networks is working with the Construction Industry Federation (CIF) and the H.S.A. to encourage everyone involved in construction to be better informed about the hazards and to carry out work safely.
The main hazards to watch out for are: Electricity, Working at Height, Use of Machinery, Driving.
Remember! Electricity wires and cables are always live – never come too close!
